Finder Path up/down folder

I was recently asked if Finder had an  ”folder up/down” feature similar to windows explore. (No, I do not mean back/forth!) By default Finder does not have this feature but you can ebale this to show up in the toolbar by doing the following:

1. In Finder select View> Customize Toolbar.
2. Under the options physically drag the “Path” icon into Finder window toolbar.
3. Click Done to apply and close.
4. You will now be able to select the path route for the current Finder Folder you are in.
